How many guests can stay?

Eindeloos Asselt accommodates 2 to 6 guests. There are three spacious bedrooms, all with luxury box spring beds: two rooms with a king-size box spring and one room with two single box springs — perfect for families, friends or three couples.

How big is the holiday home?

The house offers around 120 m² of living space, comprising a living room, kitchen and spacious dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a toilet and a covered outdoor terrace. You also have a large private garden overlooking the Asselt lakes (Asseltse Plassen).

Is there a BBQ?

No, there is no BBQ. There is, however, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals.

How is the house heated?

The house has a modern central heating boiler with radiators in every room. There is no air conditioning or underfloor heating — in summer, the thick walls of the former farmhouse keep the temperature pleasant for a long time.

How are the bedrooms furnished?

All three bedrooms feature luxury box spring beds: two rooms with a king-size box spring and one room with two single box springs, ideal for children or friends. The beds are made up with quality bed linen.

Are there facilities for children?

Yes! Families are very welcome. The house has a high chair and a bed rail (fall protection) so little ones sleep safely. Board games are available for cosy evenings indoors, and the spacious garden offers plenty of room to play outside.

Kitchen & amenities

What does the kitchen include?

The charming farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, combi microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Crockery, cutlery, pans and basic supplies are provided.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, the entire house has fast, free WiFi. There is also a separate workspace for those who wish to work or study during their stay.

Booking & stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Check-out is before 10:00 am. You check in independently using an electronic lock, so you are not tied to a fixed arrival time.

What is the minimum stay?

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies all year round. Whether it’s a long weekend, a midweek break or one or more full weeks — you are always welcome.

What is the minimum age for check-in?

The main booker must be at least 18 years old.

Is there a deposit or damage policy?

A damage policy of up to €100 applies, which is only charged in case of demonstrable damage to the house or its inventory.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, we do not accept (bachelor) parties or large events. Eindeloos Asselt is a quiet holiday home in a rural setting — for enjoying, relaxing and recharging.

Is smoking allowed?

The house itself is completely non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside on the grounds.

Are pets welcome?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Eindeloos Asselt.

Is there free parking?

Yes, there is ample parking on the premises — completely free, right by the front door and with space for several cars.

How do I reach the holiday home?

Eindeloos Asselt is located at Eind 22 in Asselt (Swalmen), municipality of Roermond. From Roermond, drive towards Swalmen and take the Asselt exit. Swalmen railway station is about 2.5 km away — a taxi or bicycle will get you to the house in no time.

Are rental bikes available?

Bikes can be rented at Rijwielhuis Roermond or Jack Teuwen Tweewielers in the region. For electric bikes and e-choppers you can also visit Break Out Swalmen, just 1.5 km from the house. Store your bikes in our lockable bicycle shed.

What can I do around the holiday home?

The location of Eindeloos Asselt is unique: directly opposite the house lie the Asselt lakes (Asseltse Plassen), a beautiful recreation area with 150 ha of water and 50 ha of nature. You can canoe, SUP, sail, row, fish and hike, for example along the Noormannenroute. Also nearby: Break Out Swalmen (1.5 km) for escape rooms, canoes and e-choppers, Roermond city centre and the Designer Outlet (4 km), De Meinweg National Park (10 km), Toverland theme park (18 km) and Grand Café de Boei and Restaurant Maaszicht (1 km).

Can I swim in the Asselt lakes?

The Asselt lakes are directly opposite the holiday home and are ideal for water sports and recreation. Always observe the applicable rules and ensure your own safety in open water.
